Construction Brain is owned and operated by Beth Lytle.

Beth began working remotely in 2006. She also owned and operated a residential and commercial construction company during that time (until 2010 when she moved overseas, but they resumed construction work upon returning to the US in 2014 until 2016). Throughout the years, she offered remote administrative work, much of which centered around business and project management. In 2014, she began providing customer service and other assistance for a construction firm remotely. Since then, she has offered her services 100% remotely and provides electronic invoices, bid proposals, receipts, database management and many other administrative duties that are vital to this industry.

While owning and operating her own construction company (in partnership), she located many jobs, did the marketing, prepared the taxes, prepared the hiring documents for subcontractors, took care of payroll, wrote all of the contracts and bid proposals and many other tasks.
