They put in long hours on job sites, managing crews, swinging the hammer, and running around grabbing materials and at the end of the day they find themselves putting in more hours trying to get the paperwork done. Some don't have the patience for it and those who do, don't have the time for it. Many of these types of businesses don't have the capital to hire ongoing administrative employees. Up until now, the only option they've had is to pay for administrative software and do it themselves.

Construction Brain was created to fill in the gap. We offer administrative services to those who can't afford to hire part or full-time administrative staff, but still want to stay organized and offer professional invoicing, bid proposals and all the other paperwork that they need to run their business. We thought there had to be a middle ground where contractors could simply send us the information and we could put it together for them and get it to where it needs to go (or we can send it back to you and you can send it off--whatever you're most comfortable with). We try to be flexible.
